Returns and Exchanges Policy

Returns:

Returns due to an error on the part of APK will be processed and fixed free of charge as long as the original item is sent back in brand new quality.

All American Parkour apparel is custom made for your order: the size, color, and style you select are unique. Therefore any returns which are not due to an APK error require a $5 fee per item.

Shipping costs will not be refunded as American Parkour has paid these funds whether or not you decide to keep the item you ordered.

In order to receive a refund your item must be in brand-new condition and must be returned to American Parkour within 30 days of your receipt of the item, please choose a shipping method with tracking as American Parkour cannot be responsible for receipt of items which do not have tracking. We will not issue refunds for materials we do not receive, and your protection and guaranty of this is to use shipping with tracking.

The $5 restocking fee can be check, cash, money order, request for refund -$5, or reference to a paypal transaction #.

Exchange Instructions

In an effort to make the process easier for both the customer, and the customer service representative, American Parkour does not accept exchanges. If you would like to make an exchange, please fill out the form on the back of your invoice as if you were making a return, and send the item back to APK. Then, place an order for the item you would like. Your account will be credited for your return once it is received at APK headquarters.

Coupon Policy

At American Parkour we're proud of our store and all the products we offer, and we're grateful to everyone who wants to check out our Parkour and Freerunning oriented gear! We sometimes offer coupons which allow people to buy our gear at a discount, either from a contest, offer, sale, or just because they did somehting cool to help out APK or the Parkour Community. Because we're a small company and don't make all the products ourselves, we have to have the following limitaitons on coupon purchases:

APK Coupons are valid for all APK produced apparel and gear. This includes our awesome shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, combat trainer pants, APK's original Tutorial DVD, and all the APK stickers.

It excludes APK Gift Certificates, as well as products which are drop-shipped or resold by APK including the EXF training rings, Ariakes, Swiftwick socks, Rubberbanditz Resistance Bands, Jump London, Jump Britain, and Once Is Never DVD’s, and the Parkour and Freerunning Handbook.

In addition no more than a dozen stickers may be ordered on one coupon. Coupons are only valid for one use unless otherwise indicated and cannot be transferred or shared. All sales made with a coupon are final and non-refundable.
