Ask Chris!

by Chris Kessler

The idea behind Ask Chris is to have you, the reader, email me with questions about a problem, or situation you are having, and I will answer them in an article, so that hopefully others with the same problem can gain the help they need as well. In other words, YOU are directly helping others in their progression! Check it out here!

Editor's Note:
A Mission - Accurate Parkour Info

At the time of writing this note, I just published a story on the front page of APK about a serious injury that occurred. What this teenager was doing was not Parkour or Freerunning, but he thought it was because he was misinformed. Each and every one of you should make it your personal mission to spread accurate information about Parkour any way you can. By talking to people, via posts online, through your videos... I would go so far as to say that as an early adopter of Parkour (because we are all still early adopters), it is your duty to make sure that people know what is, and what isn't, Parkour and Freerunning. By educating others, especially younger traceurs, you could be preventing serious injury, or even saving their lives.

This month's Fitness article comes from Steven Low, resident "General Fitness" forum guru. Tendonitis is a common overuse injury that plagues many traceurs, and Steve is here to help explain how not to get it, and what to do if you have it. Check it out here!
