Welcome to the Free Runner, Issue 04! Hey everyone! Hope you had a tasty Thanksgiving. We've got some special treats for you this month. Now that we've all thoroughly stuffed ourselves with not-so-healthy food, we're featuring an article by Chris Salvato on eating right. Travis has a sweet sideflip tutorial up, released exclusively for The Freerunner!
If you haven't heard, we've got a contest going on! If you're on Facebook (and if you're not on Facebook, get with the times!), sign up and become a fan of the American Parkour page . On December 20th, we'll select one random fan and they will win a cool new Perspective Hoodie and a pair of Ariakes! So show your support and become a fan!
And just to let everyone know, during the month of November, APK money from each APK hoodie sold to save an acre of rain forest. By the end of the month, we managed to help save 52 ACRES of forest! That's over $750 donated! Nice job, everyone! |
