Where’s Zac? If you haven't heard about "Where's Zac," check out the button on the top of the APK main page. Zachary Cohn has been traveling around the country this summer, visiting Parkour communities large and small. He's documented most of the major jams this summer, with both video and write ups. He's also posting stories from each city (or sometimes between cities) from teaching pre-teen girls about Parkour to meeting a guy who spent several months in the middle of the woods by himself. Definitely check it out, lots of cool stories from all over the country! Dehydration We all enjoy the opportunities for training outdoors that summer provides, but the heat can bring with it some things that should be taken into consideration. Like all things in parkour and freerunning, we must approach our training in the safest way possible, and training in the heat is no exception. The two most common side effects of training on hot days are Dehydration and Sunburn, and in this article we will give you some tips on how to avoid these effects, how to treat them, and what to do should they become serious. |
