The first video in a series showing workouts that can be done on things everyone has in their house. With a little creativity, many workouts can be found in a short period of time. Anything can be used to exercise, as long as you have the parkour mindset, which we all have (hopefully, since this is American PARKOUR). In this segment, we'll use stairs.
