heh heh reminds me of my track workouts when we had to do them in 1:05 with 2 minute recovery

Three sets of 11 chin ups, three sets of 15 pushups, three sets of lunges, then did three sets of burpees and three sets of the basic quadrupedal, which kills me right now. Then did 4 sets of this .3 mile up hill run in 2:08, 2:02, 1:58, and 2:00 respectively.
