APK Warm-Up

Workout: 

5 rounds of max handstand push-ups , 2:00 rest between rounds.

So I can't balance myself in a handstand yet, is balancing against a wall a good way to do an assisted version?? :?

yes, i'm pretty sure it only takes off a few pounds of the weight you are lifting.

Okay, progress, not perfection. I am getting a little closer to actually doing the APK warmup. Pullups are still a problem: I did 7 on the first set followed by three more struggling to make the ten. After that I did eccentrics. 
 
The handstand pushups were not pushups at all, really just getting into handstand position over and over again. That's getting easier at least; I feel confident I'll be doing handstands eventually. The pushups will take longer, though. So, zero was my count.

gahh, these are extremely difficult. I guess it's understandable... since this is the first day I started "training" for parkour and this is my first workout from this site, but I couldn't do much more than hold a five second handstand. 
I'll need to work on the warm-up as well, but I'm sure I'll get it after I do it for a while. Anyway, I'm very excited to get this started and plan to follow this guide faithfully.
