Unfortunately, Tenley Woodman chooses to describe parkour as a "French Extreme Sport" and throws in some other "extreme" references like "stunts" and "risking concussions and contusions" - Despite that there is a fairly good definition of parkour and fairly positive dialog by the guys who were covered.
