Workout: 3 rounds for time:

15 L-Pull-Ups

15 Handstand Push-Ups

15 Box Jumps

I did the warmup in about 15 minutes, though I couldn't get through 15 pullups. In the end I was doing eccentrics. I was in a gym; the hardest part was overcoming embarrassment to do the quadrupedal motion. 
 
WOD in 22 minutes. Again, the L-pullups were impossible; I was already pull-up dead. So eccentrics again. Handstand pushups were also impossible, but I *did* manage to get my feet away from the wall for about five seconds-- essentially, my first handstand ever! It was solid, too. That was just from doing APK warmups a few times now. Box jumps were good; felt foolish, but good :p

Just got in from a ten hour car ride from Chicago to D.C. and it felt soooo good to do this workout after siting around for what felt like ages.
