APK Warm-Up

Workout: 20:00 quadrapedal movement training.

For 20:00 work as many variations of quadrapedal movement as possible, including  basic QM, Galluping QM, Cat Balancing, and Ground Kongs

Focus on efficient technique, keeping low hips and reducing impact by moving smoothly and in total control. Post questions and results to comments. Compare to 4-23-09

WHile I was doing this a kid walked up on me and he had a look in his eye that said WTF are you doing.
