The UnNatural Method

Gregg from the forums writes...

"Some guy dumped a pickup load of junk. I was going to do all the elements of Methode Naturelle using the junk: walk, run, jump, climb, lift, throw, natural combat [and then swim later]. It turned into mostly lifting, walking, and running... oh well."

Keep being creative!

That may be the greatest transfer of Karma I have ever seen - someone dumps trash, you fix their error and get an awesome workout ... way to go!! BTW, please send your address so we can send you an APK shirt - if you'd be so kind as to accept, you are the kind of person we want wearing an APK shirt. m2@americanparkour.com

Awesome video! A creative new way of conditioning and training, while still keeping the traditional idea.

Thanks for the front page post, and for your comments. I don't know about "karma". If other people get inspired, I'm happy.

I thought it was pretty pank how you just jumped into the pool afterwards.

Pank (Noun, verb, adjective, etc.)- A word that can be applied into any form of speech to mean anything you want, the meaning is usually determined by the inflection in your voice. It cannot be used as a preposition.
Derived from the english language word, pink. No matter what it is if it's the color pink it's cool. Also The color pink, when thought can cure nausau.
