This was a pretty good one. I'm guessing that "Run 200" means meters, cause that's what I did each round. I had to skip the L-Pull-Ups though =(
Overall, the total workout (including warm-up) was about 40 minutes.

I only got through two of the rounds due to it getting dark and there being a law about not being able to be in the park after dark. But yeah...I did 200 pushups and 100 squats to make up for it.
