This video is in the Parkour section where it truly belongs. Yes, there is a flip, no, flips are not Parkour. The rest of this video however demonstrates Parkour as well as any out there. The video was filmed by Mike Yamrus, who directed, shot, and edited the video, and remixed the Aphex Twin beats! The man has talent. The Traceurs featured are the VA-Parkour "Band of Merry Men", as the name implies, these guys are very serious. Akh, Gear, Leon, and Skipper have fun and train hard, and it shows.
