They also have a wide variety of related information, such as this article on conditioning your ankles. Logan points out that Parkour, Freerunning, Tricking, etc can cause ankle sprains, strains, tears and breaks. But these injuries are not unavoidable! Check out his article on "Injury Proofing Your Ankles" and start to incorporate some of these exercises into your daily routines.
