The Lunge with a Twist is a great exercise to include in your warm-up, along with being an excellent test of balance and coordination.
1.) Repeat steps 1-3 of the walking lunge
2.) As you sit back towards your back leg, rotate your torso towards the direction of your front leg, twisting as far as possible while still keeping yourself upright. This is an excellent balance exercise.
3.) Twist back to the shoulders forward position, and step forward with the next foot. Repeat the twist.
