U$F Volume 3 (Please right-click and save as, 132MB) In December of 2005, UF Media traveled to the home of Stephane Vigroux - a sleepy suburb south of Paris - to conduct an in depth interview and spend a few days training with him. For the first time, Stephane speaks openly about parkour and his experience. He describes how he trained extensively with David Belle, and the methods employed; his cruciate ligament injury, how it affected him, and the long process of rehabilitation and the importance of having the right approach; how a person should find his or her own goals; his new home in Thailand and dreams for the future.
