APK Warm-Up

Workout: 4 rounds for time:

Run 400m

15 Squats

10 Tuck Jumps (Bottom of squat page)

5 Burpees

How much is 400 meters? Is that just one lap around a track, or is that 4 laps?

one lap around the track is 200 meters so two laps would equal 400 meters ;)  
i liked todays workout!!

Three rounds barefoot on the grass. Did the first round with a sip of water in my mouth to enforce nasal breathing + hyrdrate.  
 
Finished up with handstands against the wall, then away from the wall. They are improving greatly.  
 
Also, for cool down, did shin raises and calf raises as well as an additional: 
8 chin ups 
30 pushups 
15 situps 
3 back extensions
