David "bo-bo" Boden wrote an article about his Urban Exploration using parkour. While APK advising against being on roofs all together we feel that his personal journey is worth sharing and the writing is excelent.  

Downtown, amongst deserted buildings and eroding apartments, stands a large brick building that has been abandoned longer than many of its neighbors have been in existence. The Dick Brothers Brewery in Quincy, Illinois, is a remnant of what was once a thriving business. The smell of distilling barrels has now sadly been replaced with the profuse odor of dried pigeon feces; the rhythmic churning of mixers traded off for the silence of solitude. All that remains is a barren shell. Yet what that shell of a long lost business provides for me today is an obscure adventure and a short reprieve from everyday life.
