Mich Todorovic

Michbackflip-2

 

Mich Todorovic, a traceur from Canada, did an interview with Urban expressions. He says he started parkour "back in high school by climbing on roofs with a group of friends." He was recently sponsored by a clothing company and is in the web series MTL 551. 

Mich put together a really great interview where he mentions the willpower and the dedication to training while he's out and at home recovering. He's a great example of how traceurs should treat their bodies outside of parkour.

Parkour Egypt

According to Daily News Egypt parkour is a "popular if unorthodox sport that has taken a firm hold in the Land of the Pharaohs."

 

Parkour Egypt claims to be the first established parkour group in the country. They were founded in 2008 and have ran and attended trainning events from "Alexandria to Cairo" and attended events outside of their country.
