Parkour Park In AZ

parkour park

Francesco Caban is a great guy who does a ton for parkour, now he's building a park, the hard way, by hand and with his own money.

The Parkour Park (the official name isn’t decided) will located in Mesa, Arizona. Francesco Caban has put down most of the money and has put in a lot of hours of physical labor to get this park started.

If you want to donate to help outfit the park with safety equipment like mats please feel free to visit the PayPal Site to donate! (http://bit.ly/pkfndrsr)

Freedom Freerun Closing Down
freedomfreerun
On April 17th the guys at Freedom Freerunning Academy announced on their Facebook page that after almost a year they would have to close down the gym after May 26th due to problems with their lease.

We at APK are sad to see any gym close. Freedom did a lot for the local community and we wish them all the best. We contacted them for there remarks.

"Closing down Freedom is the last thing we ever wanted to happen. We have built a very strong community not only in the Detroit area, but all over the state of Michigan, and even spreading to Ohio, Illinois, and even quite a few students from Canada."

"When we opened, we only expected to be seeing our group of friends we've been training with over the past 2 years. On opening day, we saw over 100 people, from all over Michigan and Ohio."
