Check out American Parkour sponsored athlete Trevor de Groot in Canadian rapper Eklipz's latest Music Video "Just Do It." The music is a pretty inspiring rap song, about taking control of your life and doing it.
Trevor started parkour at the end of 2008 with no prior experience in movement other then playing hockey since he could remember. After about a year of training parkour he started practicing at a local gym, which led to further interest in other types of movement including gymnastics, rock climbing, swimming, capoeira, skiing and dance. Trevor is a prominent leader in his community as he has run McMaster University's parkour club and and taught parkour for a number of years. Armed with a background in multimedia, Trevor not only expresses himself through his movement but also through his video editing. The editing for this video however, was all done by Eklipz.
