Commenting on the recent introduction of the movement coined "the stride," TK17 brings us his thoughts on the movement and how useful it is. Check out the video below that showcases "the stride" and read more for his article!!

As we approach Fall we also approach the beginning of a new semester, a new school year, and new opportunities. The Virginia Tech Parkour and Freerunning club (VTPK) got off to an amazing start. National jams and professional parkour seminars should take note: VTPK's first beginner night of the year saw upwards of 150 participants!! Led by only 6 VTPK officers, including APK's Chris Kessler and Chris Wachtman, the beginner session went off without a hitch. We urge the rest of the parkour community to take this as a sign that interest is soaring. Take this opportunity to start a club of your own!
