Yaiieee! Those Hollow Rock progressions look crazy, but mixed with the other two, ANYone should be good and sore in every major area when done with this!

Definitely! This should be a fast and fun workout, and feel free to scale as needed. I forgot to add that the hollow rocks should be back and forth counts as one rep. No rock-and-holds or other such craziness for this one

Fun times this morning. Working on the technique for the hollow rocks but it's coming along well. Took me 13:44 to finish the work-out.

I'm mega sore from practice at the gym last night with levi so i didn't finish this one, i got to the 6 rep and stopped, but i need to recoop.
