Hollow Rock

Yaiieee! Those Hollow Rock progressions look crazy, but mixed with the other two, ANYone should be good and sore in every major area when done with this!

Definitely! This should be a fast and fun workout, and feel free to scale as needed. I forgot to add that the hollow rocks should be back and forth counts as one rep. No rock-and-holds or other such craziness for this one ;)

Fun times this morning. Working on the technique for the hollow rocks but it's coming along well. Took me 13:44 to finish the work-out.

I'm mega sore from practice at the gym last night with levi so i didn't finish this one, i got to the 6 rep and stopped, but i need to recoop.
