Each block of time will feature two exercises. Alternate between them, attempting to perform as many reps of each as possible before time is up. Starting with higher-repped sets and finishing with doubles and singles seems to do the trick:

did the primal fitness workout today at 6:30 am. ugh.

Played a couple hours of ultimate frisbee before working out. I love that game!
Handstand pushups - 32 Pistols - 64 so... 32 per leg
Pullups - 45 Leg lifts - 45

First day back at work in the new year today! Got home feelin' crappy so I did 8 minute abs and some sets of pullups on my new pullup bar, then I showered and relaxed with a book for a while.
