I pulled my sister from the sofa to do this with me! I scaled it down for her to about half the reps on every exercise. She also did knee pushups and jumping pullups. She still cheated badly and got 16 minutes. Then she called me insane lol.
I did the workout as RX'ed in 13:20.

Called a friend to do this with me and we finished in 21:27. Kinda slow but I'd rather have someone to do everything with and teach since it's more fun.

Did the workout with subbing 25m QM for the 50m sprints. My computer crashified when I got back so I lost my timer but it was somewhere around 17 minutes!

Yeah I was in my apartment for this workout, thought it was a good time to test out my new pullup bar =D So sprinting was out of the question.
But it's pretty amazing how long you can make your apartment with a couple loops

Dang, this one looks cool. ill have to do it tomorrow. Today I went to the fitness gym and worked out for an hour.

gear killed me and my hands today at primal fitness. one heck of a workout!
