Great workout for speed! I've improved 30-45 seconds in just 2 weeks

Worked out with my pops this morning at the gym. I've been putting him on a training schedule (and myself!). He can't wait to goto PRimal fitness. As for workout, just lifted a few weights and ran 2 miles.
Pretty consistent overall. Not sure if that means I'm not pushing hard enough (feels like I am) or I need to work on foot turnover or some other technique.

Still recovering from the Primal Fitness workout on FRIDAY. Damn I pushed myself a bit harder than I thought :]
Did a workout today with a nice new MP3 player in ear. Went out to the track with Kelly and did 6 400m runs, each with 15 pushups, and 60 situps at the end with minimal rest if any.
Also got a Pull Up bar for christmas which Ima be setting up tonight, w00t!

My internet went down yesterday so I couldn't find the wod, so I just did my own.
4 rounds for time of run 400m 25 box jumps 12 dumbbell power cleans (40kg (88lbs) 18 dips
Did 25 minutes on that.
I'll be doing some sprints today .
