My time was about 14:20, which is pretty good for me considering i am aweful at pull-ups

More than a minute slower than last time. Don't know what kept me.
Sorry dude, Xmas was yesterday. I did WOD but had to do something in the middle so I didnt get a time. Probly about 10 mins.

10:10. Played two hours of football and had lunch before putting myself through this. Not too shabby though.

i dont understand how you do this one> is it 20 push ups 15 pull ups 20 squats then 25...? sorry i may be being stupid but i dont understand how you carry it out
