I randomly found a pipe in my laundry room thats good for pullups. No more doorframe pullups, yay! This one took about 11 mins

today I did the Primal Fitness workout at 6:30 AM. Will maybe do this one later as I need more pullups in my diet :) 
 
PF warmup 3 rounds with kipping pullups 
did the lifts but not heavy - Squats (95) - Deadlifts (155)- Overhead press (85)

Guys, just posting my first WOD so cut me some slack if my times suck - 22:31. I had the hardest time doing the handstand pushups against a tree because I would occasionally miss with my legs and scrape my shins and arms against the bark. Good times!

I varied between full range hspu's and hspu's on the ground. 
 
My L-pullup form got shaggy near the end. 
 
Time 25 minutes.

I just noticed the workout of the day on the primal-fitness website. I will start doing those as well from now on, if I can fit it in my time schedule XD.

Moses and i went out today for some filming and we ended with a half hour of muscle up work.

welcome to WOD!! Congrats on finishing a tough workout. the onyl thing you have to worry about with your times is if they start getting worse, which hasn't happened to anyone yet :)
