At the end of one round, you should end up back at the PVC or broomstick to continue round 2 with overhead squats. Post rounds and partial rounds completed to comments.

New exercises, good!
I did this wrong though. I did 15 becks burpees instead of 15m, so I did twice the amount of burpees. 6 rounds on that .
Did this at freezing temperatures on a wet road so my hands are burning like hell now.

On my fifth round I ended in the burpees. Weather was nice but my knee has been tweaked from a precision I did and it slowed me down.

Felt a lot better this morning and today at work, but still recuperating from my cold.
Knocked out the usual, then did 10 minutes of this workout so as not to push myself too hard while I'm still sick.
Did 4 rounds in 10 minutes

after yesterday's killer workout I did only 5 rounds in 20 minutes, opting to pay attention to form in the snatches (primal fitness did hang snatches instead of overhead squat)
