Broad Jump to Roll x 10 (perform the broad jump directly into a forward roll, immediately repeat)
25 Push Ups
Handstand to Roll x 10 (press or kick up into a handstand, lower with your arms into a forward roll, repeat)
Workout:
Planche x 1:00
Front Lever x 1:00
L-Sit x 2:00
Handstand x 3:00
Hold the appropriate progression for each static position for maximum time, repeat until you reach the alotted time. Post results to WOD thread .
