Workout- 7 rounds of the following, 2:00 rest between rounds-

Planche - Max-hold of the appropriate progression

L-sit - Max hold of the position

Handstand Pushup - Max Reps

Front Lever - Max hold of the appropriate progression 

Perform each exercise one after the other in circuit fashion. Post the totals for each exercise or questions about appropriate substitutions to comments.  Compare to 8-11-06 (LINK! http://www.americanparkour.com/content/view/812/249/)

These workouts are not my favorites, because you spend at least 12 minutes resting. In other words they're not very intensive. 
They're important though, so I just do them. I usually stretch while resting. Will post my results later.

Planche: 15 to 20 secs of advanced tuck planche 
L-sit: 10 seconds of L-sit (first 3 rounds), almost :20 of slightly bend legged L-sit (last 4 rounds) 
Hspu: First 2 reps full range on parallettes, then another 1 or 2 on flat ground 
Front lever: 20 secs of single leg front lever, or in some rounds 20 secs advanced tuck. 
 
L-sits are still inadequate. I need a mirror to spot my planche.
