Run 400m

20 Jump Squats

20 Lunges

20 Squats

Run 200m

10 Clap Push-Ups (Perform a regular Push-up, but press forcefully on the upward portion and clap your hands as your torso is in the air.)

10 Dips (2/1 if you don't have rings)

10 Handstand Push-Ups

Run 100m

20 Broad Jumps

20 Box Jumps

20 Lateral Bounds

Run 400m

Really awesome work-out. This can easily be varried and substituted with other strength training exercises to accomodate different skill/fitness levels.
