10 burpees

20 Jump-rope Double Unders (rope makes two passes per jump)

Burpees + 120 crunches and a little weights.

This bloody perpetual rain is making me do these workouts in pools of mud and water. :upset  
 
I also did planche, front lever, and some other random core training. Also trained my roll and did a fartlek run with the dog.

Did 8 minute abs and my daily routine. Shoulder still giving me troubles from sleeping for whatever reason and especially after 3 hours of bouldering the other day it strains and pains to do burpees. 
 
Got a suggestion for a good physical therapist from someone in my office, might go give them a visit later this week!
