The workout was up pretty late, so I couldn't do it. Coincidentally I did a fartlek run with lots of sprints, so I should be fine.
Netherlands had sinterklaas today, it's similar to the American Santa Claus. I was given dumbbells, cool huh? XD
Mixed Mode WOD still on?

Yep, it's still in the plans, though I've been VERY busy lately! Sorry for the late post on the workout, but over the last 3 weeks I've been busy setting up the new gym with M2. My internet access is sketch to say the least. The up-side is that we're up and running. You can check us out here:

The website is still a bit of a work in progress. Once we get the computer hooked up in the new space I'll be able to update all of this more often. Keep an eye out for the dumbbell workouts then!
