APK Warm-Up

Workout- 5 Rounds of the following for time:

10 Pistols (alternating legs)

15 Sit-Ups

10 Broad Jumps

15 Push-Ups

10 Pull-Ups

im already working out twice today, but a third time couldn't hurt.

Well I definitely paid the price for not stretching / cooling down after training with Gear yesterday :p 
 
Left out the situps as I did 8 minute abs before the workout. 
Total time was 8:36

long day and tons of excuses to skip this. Ended up doing it about 2 hours after eating tuna patties, black-eyed peas and red wine for dinner...I know for a fact that didn't help matters :p

Y'know... I always tell myself that it's less painful to just keep working out regularly. I never learn my lesson...
