Alternate between them, attempting to perform as many reps of each as possible before time is up. Starting with higher-repped sets and finishing with doubles and singles seems to do the trick: First round 10:00- Handstand Pushups Pistols Second round 10:00- Pullup Leg Lift Post total reps for each exercise to comments. Appropriate substitutions- Handstand Pushups- slow lowering against wall, Handstand hold, inclined, regular or decline pushups Pistols- assisted with broomstick or doorway, pistols onto stair or other raised object, slow squats Pullup- Slow lowering pullup Leg-Lift- L or V hold, Bent-knee hold, one-legged bent or straight knee hold (check out the excellent article from Coach Sommer HERE ) |
