Dangit. I did Barbara at about 7am this morning with about 6-7 other people who like to do crossfit stuff. The only thing is I screwed up and only did four rounds instead of all five. Ah well, I'll get a workout in later today.

did this after more than an hour of sprint/front lever/planche/weightened pullup/L-sit/pistol and HSPU training.

4 hours of sleep and a busted hand killed me on this. Ring pull-ups, push-ups on parallettes with elevated feet, situps with feet under dumbbells, squats...SLOW! Last round was almost 10 minutes, and I felt like ASS the entire time...I haven't been that close to quitting in the middle of a workout in a long time... bleh

Did 4 sets, didn't have a stop watch, but they were under five mins each.
