Handstand- 5:00 total time inverted
L-Sit - 2:00 total time in perfect 90-degree hip position
100 Jump-rope Double-Unders (Rope makes two passes for each jump)
Handstand 5 mins 15 handstand push ups 25 pull ups 50 push ups 30 box jumps 25 L Pull ups
18 points I dind't use the whole 30 mins.

Travel has left me a day behind...work has finished off the other 10
I hope to hit this up first thing tomorrow morning, as I didn't get to last time. Hopefully that will be workout one of two...keep your fingers crossed :D
