APK Warmup

Workout- Sprint-intervals.

4x400m 2:00 rest between sprints

5x200m 1:00 rest between intervals

6x100m :30 rest between intervals

I just did yesterday's workout in 15:30 minutes, right after jiu jitsu training and some cycling. Had dinner after that, gotta do homework now. I practice some sprints every day, varying from 50 to 600 m so I should be fine if I do this tomorrow :).

I devised a conditioning circuit at the local elementary school courtyard today. I did 6 circuits and the ending totals of work done were: 
 
125 m normal QM 
125 m rail/wall horizontal stemming 
100 stairs climbed in backwards QM 
 
This was quite the workout, especially for my core and shoulders!

i did 12x 100m with 1 minute rests, yesterday though..heh
