APK Warm-Up

Workout- 3 circuits of the following, 2:00 rest between circuits:

10 L-Pull-Ups

15 second L-Sit

10 Hollow-Rocks

1:00 Front Plank

did yesterdays in 9:25 today, slower than before. but is sued some subs this time, which made it harder.

L pullups were most difficult. 1:00 front plank easiest.  
I take it we had to rock forwards and backwards 50 times each round?

My description of the hollow rocks is still a bit screwy, I will edit soon. For the rock-and-hold you rock 5 times for each hold. For the regular hollow rock each back and forth should equal one. Needless to say, you can't necessarily do too many if you're keeping good form!

3x8 deadlift at 190 lbs 
maxed out on deadlift. did 270 but ran out of weight. 
50 wall climb ups 
 
a couple hours parkour.
