Ok, ran about 2 miles for a warmup. The whole set took about 16-18 min judging by songs i listened to. Sets 8 and 9 of L-Pullups I did regular pullups instead, and the last one (10) I only lowered half way.

My strength is inadequate. For that reason I took this slowly, concentrating on the movements. The result is a time somewhere between 30 and 40 minutes.
HSPU's full range on parallettes, mostly just the lowering portion.

My roommate and i went and bought a bunch of weights for our apartment and we worked out, almost all arms but also lunges. Dead.
