Planches rock, my tuck is getting better and better and I'm getting more used to doing it on my fingertips, which helps with wrist pain a good amount.

Wrist still a bit funky from overdoing handstands last week. I did still get a chance to do the 30 muscle-ups. Took it easy and broke it into sets of 5. 14:45
