Went to a local fitness gym but they didnt have a pull-up bar so I just did bike, run, weights, and some of the push-ups, squats, and situps. Good half hour workout.

While watching the video I came to the conclusion that I only did 5 pullups in the last round, so I just did 10 extra pullups.
Time was 16:30 or so if I include the extra pullups, 16:09 without the extra pullups .

This has been a great week, I've learned a lot and I've set new goals.

Sorry, we just wrapped our film shoot at 8pm, we started at noon yesterday. I need sleep. But i did lift a lot of heavy lights and equipment...

Well at some point this week I pulled a muscle in my right arm somewhere. So since my left arm is my weak arm anyhow I made hamburgers out of cows, milk out of lemonade? Well anyhow.
Subbed some weird ass diagonal pullups for the pullups, and 5 one arm pushups for the 10 pushups.
Total time was 12:53.
