24:33 or :43. Took a little bit of the rom by putting a cushion down.
I did 5 per minute until the 14th, so it was much quicker than last time when i did 50.

I'll post the vid up later

100 HSPU on gravitron
-40#x(30,10,10)
-50#x(10,8,7)
-60#x(15,10)
16:00 long static hold for the last one to finish up the minute
Next time try -60#x100 unbroken faster.
I wonder if Friday will be Turkish Getups.
Crossfit had a great vid of 3 different methods the other day. Never tried them, but they look more fun than burpies.

I wish I had what sounds like a giant robot to do HSPUs on as it stomps around the Sahara Desert. Anyhow :]

Clearly friday will yield either a 100 mile run, or 100 L-Pullups. Christ I hope it's neither :] Will post up later with me time for todays!

I was thinking maybe muscle ups on friday, or loads of different exercises done for 100 each.

100 Handstand pushups: 39:33, all head to ground.

I'm quite satisfied, I didn't expect to be able to finish it as 'rxed. If any hspu's are prescribed in the WOD's I try them full range on parallettes, so I usually end up doing just the lowering portion.

Seeing my vids of the past couple of days I'm disgusted by my form. I will work on that.

Vid is uploaded to apk host. Link can be found in thread.

I agree with Rubert. Loads of different exercises for 100 each sounds likely. Or maybe 10 rounds of some exercises with 10 reps. We'll see what Gear brings us :grin

I have no problem with doing these except they make me incredibly dizzy and feel sick... I'm definitely passing, instead i went out to training course today and did some parkour for an hour, its so beautiful here today.

I am amazed but 10:37. My roommate was my motivator and he made fun of me the whole time and it actually maqde me go faster so he'd shut up.

I only did 50 of these. My shoulder is still not close to perfect when it comes to pushing up movements and I don't want to overdo it with 100 in one day. I am very happy that i got 50 though, I have been somewhat neglecting these since my injury.
