Workout- For time

100 Squats

Post time to comments. Videos for the "100 Week" challenge should be posted to THIS THREAD . Only full range-of-motion squats will count. This is below parallel at the bottom to full hip and knee extension at the top with your spine remaining neutral throughout.

2:12 I'm having trouble putting up pictures otherwise i would have beat you both with my precision jump between a dragon's neck and a laser beam. Because i'm that sweet.

oh and if I had a camcorder there would certainly be a video. my phone's vid quality sucks nuts and can only hold 45 seconds!
