That's like the Rim Runners running across the Grand canyon and back in under 24 hours. Always wanted to be able to do that. Last time I hiked across (26 miles) in 12 hours, but didn't have the strength to walk a step further.

I included some extra pullups on the Video in case I did any with bad form or so.
Kipping pull-ups, mixed grips; pronated/supinated/mixed, starting with sets of 10 and ending with sets of 5-ish. 6:57
Beat my old time by over 1:30, probably because last time it was following max-effort deadlifts and I decided to start with a set of 30...that has a tendency to burn you out before you get going!

this was my first attempt ever at doing 100 pull ups for time and my pacing got all jacked up after my 4th set of 10.
somewhere along the line my roommate screwed my count up and I ended up doing 111 while thinking it was 100...
but i finished 100 in 8:32, all hang, no jump, couldve gone down a little farther at the beginning but i didnt realize it at the time. next time I am confident that i could take at least a minute off that time now that i have experienced what it is like.
