APK Warm-Up

Workout- Today's Crossfit WOD:

Three rounds for time of:
15 Muscle-ups
100 Squats

Post time to comments. Substitute 3 pull-ups and 3 dips if you are unable to do muscle-ups.

300 squats? 
Can that be good for you knees??????? 
ohwel. 
This morning did apk warmup. 
then substituted muscle-ups 'cause it was raining outside :(

If you have good squat form, then it would be an excellent thing for your knees. Avoiding squats on the other hand...well... 
 
This workout has a certain brevity that I found massively appealing. Needless to say, you can reduce by half or 2/3 and still have a potent effort, if that's what you need to do. 
 
I will probably do this in the afternoon with mark if we get a chance, just to gauge how painful it might be ;)

I cant muscle up. I tried but I couldnt do more then 1. Did the squats and ran a mile. My legs are sore.

I have been in bed with fever for two days, but no more. I had to give in at the last 6 muscle ups because I couldn't manage anymore, so I did the the last 6 jumping.  
The squats were not very difficult. 
 
38 minutes.

I had trouble with the muscle ups as well, i did them all from standing except for about the first 10. 26 minutes.

150 squats. 100 crunches, and weights till pooped.

6 sun salutations for warmup 
pullups; dips; squats: 
- 2; 2; 50 
- 2; 3; 50 
- 2; 3; 50 
 
- two more sets of 4 dips 
 
Time? Dunno. 8-15 minutes
