Pretty much doing a 360 on a rail rather than going over.

i'm pretty sure a palm spin is more of a 180 than a 360 so when you land you can carry forward momentum...i'm new to this though so i might be wrong.

no its a 360 in freerunning its more about freedom of movement than forward momentum
