APK Warm-Up

Workout- Crossfit benchmark "JT"

3 rounds 21-15-9 for time:

Handstand Push-Ups

Ring Dips (sub bar-dips 2/1 or bench dips 3/1)

Push-Ups

Bustin' out the rest day card, did the usual thing this morning and 8 minute abs and already feel woozy. 
 
Car's battery appears to be dead : So I'll be dealing with that today!

Not enough trick-or-treaters, there's so much chocolate in the house. 
 
Time? Dunno, maybe 10 minutes: 
- 5, 5, 6 
- 3, 3, 5 
- 3, 2, 5 
 
Handstand pushups were not-quite-vertical with feet on tree, pretty crappy with shallow movement.

Started out doing full HS presses then ended doing half-HSPUs. Didnt time myself.

11:15 i had to bench dips because it was too dark to go to the park/cold as hell

So I've been doing work-outs for about 3 months now...I'm literally on my "46th" workout/29th APK Warm-Up...Prior to the Warm-Up I was just getting started by little work-outs! I'm still having a tough time with stamina and am not ready for WOD...I actually tried it a couple weeks ago and was just slaughtered...So I'm just upping the intensity on my APK Work-Outs... 
 
I've worked out really ahrd the last couple days, so I decided to kind of just do a light "improv" day...here's what I did for the day:  
 
100 Squats – Several pauses, could have done a little more but my legs burned and I didn’t want to do anymore! Hah… 
24 ½ Pull-ups: Woo! Beat my max pull-ups by 1! Heh.  
35 Push-ups: could have gone a little more but wasn’t feeling it. 
30 sit-ups 
 
That's it!

~ 10 mins, did regular bar dips didn't sub. Threw in 50 situps as well.
