Bubblemaker, if you're sick, PLEASE REST. You will lose much less fitness with a weeks worth of rest than you will trying to push through crappy workouts while giving yourself pneumonia!

Started tired, contemplated doing a rest instead. About 3 minutes slower since June.

*pant pant* The pain, jeebus, the pain. Did the 100 burpees, this was the first time I'd done it with shoes on and for whatever reason it really hurt the arches of my feet. Anyhow, after that I finished up the last 15 minutes of a run with Kelly. 
 
My legs, they is kaput. Total burpees time was 8:20. I pushed so hard through the pain during that 15 minute run, partially thinking about that "The Iron" article by Henry Rollins. 
 
Stretching, shower, dinner, Trick or Treating :]

Can't use my leg yet, did 100 situps and 50 pushups. 10 mins

First time trying burbees. Now I understand what everyone's griping about. 
 
40 burpees, 10 at a time, around 30 minutes

I'm new, but I figured I at least know how to do burpees, so might as well give it a try. Wasn't going for time really, just seeing if I could do them.  
 
50 in 6:00. Had to do the rest in sets of 10 after that, with breaks in between. 18 mins total for 100. Light jog to cool down.

Did it in 9:50 by breaking into 10 / minute. 
 
compare to 1/27/06 of 50 in 7 minutes.
